Every Candles by Timi candle is hand-poured and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives ready to elevate your space.

  • Flat-rate shipping: $8.95 per order.
  • Shipping charges are applied at checkout.
  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.

We take pride in preparing each order with care and attention to detail.

Returns & Damaged Items

Your experience matters to us.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your candle arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photograph showing the damaged candle.
  • A photograph of the packaging, if possible.

Once the damage has been reviewed and verified, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged item.

Candle Care

A beautiful burn begins with proper care.

Our candles are thoughtfully hand-poured using virgin coconut soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks for a clean, enjoyable candle experience.

To get the most from your candle, follow these simple care instructions.

Trim Your Wick

Before each burn, trim your wick to approximately ¼ inch. This helps maintain a steady flame and minimizes soot.

The First Burn Matters

Allow the melted wax to reach close to the edges of the vessel during the first burn to help prevent tunneling. Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time.

Burn With Intention

For optimal performance, burn your candle for approximately 2–4 hours per session.

Keep It Safe

Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Know When to Stop

Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.

Let It Cool

Allow your candle to cool completely before moving, relighting, or trimming the wick.

Estimated burn time: 50–60 hours, depending on proper wick maintenance, burn duration, and environmental conditions.
